Create a team that is motivated by achieving results for the success of the practice. Team members who understand the direction and the numbers of the business will be more engaged to assist in the growth of the practice. The online program is a total of three modules and will be delivered online via the ZOOM platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement. What will be covered: Module 1 - Numbers That Matter (2 hours) • The numbers that matter for a successful practice. • Understanding how to track and interpret the numbers with your teams. Module 2 - Think Like a Business Owner (2 hours) • Creating of a culture where each team member knows how their role directly impacts on the results of the business. • Leading teams for greater accountability for the outcomes of the business. Module 3 - Problem Solving and Decision Making (2 hours) • Introduction to “Appreciative Inquiry” a strength-based model that focuses on past successes and possible solutions. This model provides a positive framework that increases creativity and collaboration rather than more traditional models of identifying the gaps and a ‘fix it’ approach. • Experience using a robust framework for decision making which involves the whole team, resulting in creative thinking, open dialogue, new solutions and a strong commitment to action.
