Service Description
Learn effective leadership communication skills so even the toughest conversation don’t have to be tough. The online program is a total of three modules and will be delivered online via the ZOOM platform with chats, polls and breakout rooms to enhance engagement. What will be covered: Module 1 - Giving and receiving feedback (2 hours) • Understand why feedback is a critical leadership tool. • Creating clarity for your team by giving feedback. • Discuss cases of tough conversations at work. • Develop your own skills in both giving and receiving feedback. • How to create a culture of feedback in the workplace. Module 2 - Communication skills for dealing with a tough conversation (2 hours) • Understand the must-have tools for effective communication º Listening techniques º Questioning techniques • Practice the skills of assertive communication. • Learn more about how to stick to facts rather than emotions. • Understand the power of not acting on assumptions. Module 3 - 5 Steps to handling tough conversations (2 hours) • Put together the tools form the first two modules in order to: º Plan for your tough conversation. º Being well prepared. • Get useful advice from your peers.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Up to 4 weeks prior to the event a 25% refund is available for cancellations or applicants are able to transfer to another Prime Practice workshop (at the same cost) free of charge. No refund will be given for cancellations made with less than 4 weeks notice. Cancellations must be received in writing. Substitution of delegates can occur at any time at no cost.
