The Online Self-Assessment Audit allows you to independently complete a review of your practice procedures and generates an audit report and action plan that would then be debriefed in a one-on-one consultation (by phone or video call) with one of our Infection Prevention Consultants.
- This online tool is completed by your team in-house.
- As this is completed independently, the effectiveness depends on the quality and accuracy of the answers you provide.
- Approximate time to complete: 2 hours of dedicated assessment including clinical observation.
- This assessment results in a two-part report: a full audit report with levels of compliance and an action plan to implement identified corrective actions.
