Live Online training
To enable you (and your team!) to up-skill from the comfort of your own practice, we host live, online training sessions. These are a fully interactive training sessions, on a wide range of subjects, with one of our expert trainers.
Quickly bring new team-members up to pace with the rest of the practice or work on any particular topic you deem necessary. It's all there at your convenience.
Numbers tell the story of your business. We have developed a unique Web-Based Reporting system based on metrics gathered from your practice, and each month your coach will analyse the reports generated. This will ensure that you maintain a thorough understanding of the status of your business and enable you to make appropriate changes to maximize performance and prevent issues.

Dental patient surveys
This web-based survey tool allows you to find out what your patients really think about your practice, your staff and the service you're offering them. Tailor a survey to your practice needs and allow your patients to fill it out either in the practice on an iPad, or by sending a survey to their email address.
View the results in comprehensive reports, along with benchmark scores to compare your practice to others. Fully integrated with our practice management application, you'll be able to create actions for your team members to act upon the gathered feedback.
Mystery telephone shopper
You know how important that first call is with a new patient, but how do you know how your team is handling those calls? With you and your team’s permission (and after receiving the relevant phone skills training), our experienced telephone shopper callers will make anonymous calls to your practice and ask questions based on pre-set scenarios. The recorded calls will then be appraised and an assessment report will be generated.
This information will help you gain an understanding of the areas in which your team excels and those areas which could do with some training and development.

With scheduled coaching sessions each month for you and/or specific team members, your practice has unlimited access to coaching support as and when the need arises. Your coach will make sure you’re able to implement what you learn at our workshops and customise the tools and resources for the needs of your practice.
