Clifton Hill Dental is seeking a skilled and friendly part time receptionist to join their dedicated and caring dental team in Clifton Hill. Initially as cover for a 12-month maternity leave, there is potential for ongoing employment depending on circumstances at the conclusion of the period.
Clifton Hill Dental was established in 1994 by Dr Nick Malamas and since this time has grown into a team of dental professionals providing high quality dental services to the community. The team of highly experienced and caring Dental professionals are dedicated to utilising the latest technology and techniques in order to provide the best dental service to their patients. The practice also shares the Prime Practice philosophy.
The role of Front Office Receptionist incorporates all aspects of the front office role, most importantly you are the first and last person each of our patients see at the practice. You must have dental reception experience and strong computer skills, with some knowledge of Oasis software an advantage.
Hours and days of work will be as rostered with the expectation of hours being Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday 2pm-6pm (week 1) 8am-6pm (week 2), Thursday 10am-6pm and every second Saturday 8:30am-2pm.
