Dr Jamie’s journey in the dental field has been shaped by a relentless pursuit of knowledge, innovation, professional growth and helping others. A dedicated, career-long Associate, he maintains his private clinical practice 3 days a week whilst turning his focus to helping other Associate Dentists maximise performance and fulfilment in their careers. Recognising the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Associates and the Practice’s they work with, he founded The Associate Dentists Academy, in collaboration with Prime Practice. He brings 20 years of hands-on experience, a profound understanding of communication, psychology and the business aspects of dentistry and a deep-rooted passion for dental care to all his educational initiatives.
