Anita is a business and talent development professional with extensive experience in providing business solutions, training, coaching, consulting and learning and development from operational to senior executive levels, across multiple business sectors.
As a director of Prime, Anita is responsible for the successful integration of corporate business and talent development strategies and solutions into the dental industry.
Since joining Prime Practice, Anita has managed, designed and delivered training programs for thousands of dentists and their teams throughout Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Asia Pacific and Canada. She is a leading expert on teaching dentists and practice managers leadership and management skills required to run a successful practice and achieve their goals.
Anita is a regular keynote speaker at major international dental conventions and consults with large corporations on their team engagement, business development and growth strategies.
Wayne has over 20 years’ corporate experience leading global multinationals including 9 years working as Vice President for Henry Schein – APAC & Global Initiatives. His experience also includes working with Holding and JV companies including NASDAQ 100 and Fortune’s Most Admired Company.
Wayne has been involved in leading major acquisitions up to $100m and publicly listed entities. He has a proven track record of identifying, conceptualising and delivering products to market and playing a key strategic role in growing the dental industry in the Australasian region. Wayne has spent time in the dental industry working with key players in China, Hong Kong and Thailand as well as Australia and New Zealand. Wayne has an honours degree in Accounting Science and worked with the Horwath Group in Sydney in the late 90’s. In this role, Wayne provided professional services to many industries including being involved in 2 landmark legal cases in Australia. Wayne’s personal belief of ‘being your best brand possible’ is evident in the reputation he upholds with a number of global brands and business leaders.
DR. PHILLIP PALMER
Dr. Phillip Palmer ran a successful dental practice in the Sydney CBD for 34 years
He has been involved in teaching dental practice management since 1995 and he is a director of Prime Practice, as well as Dentist Job Search Pty Ltd. Through Prime Practice, he has helped thousands of dentists to reach their goals, increase their income, and enjoy their practices more. He has lectured around the world on practice management topics and has a deep understanding of all the different management, financial and professional issues that face dentists. He is regarded as Australia’s leading expert in the business of dentistry.

Brett is the General Manager of Customer Relationships at Prime Practice. Since he started with Prime in 2003, Brett has managed our team of coaches and personally coached and trained hundreds of dentists and their teams on all elements of running a successful dental practice.
Brett is an empowering and motivating speaker who has delivered workshops to dentists in the USA, UK, Singapore, Australia and NZ for many years. He has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that dentists face when communicating with their patients and a strong commitment to helping bridge the gap between what patients think they need and what dentists diagnose.
Brett is passionate about the role that Prime Practice plays in transforming the experience of owning and working in a dental practice. And he knows that with that comes the transformation of the patient experience.
Patric holds a Masters in Adult Education and came to Australia (from Sweden) in 1999 to manage the frontline management development programs at Ansett Airlines. Patric has trained over 16,000 frontline staff members at Qantas and has worked with many international businesses in the oil, insurance, retail, food and dental industry. Patric has been with Prime Practice for over 8 years and is the General Manager for Training and Development. He has an in depth knowledge of the needs of a modern dental practice and has extensive experience training dental practices across a wide range of areas including: communication skills, leadership, customer service and learning and development.
Patric has facilitated workshops for dentists and their teams worldwide, helping thousands of dentists to create their dream teams. He works with both private practices and corporates.
Maya is a coach and trainer with a genuine interest in people. She has a particular interest in personality, and how this affects communication in the workplace.
Prior to joining Prime Practice, Maya worked in the Public Health sector and as a University Educator. Maya also applied her skills in the corporate arena with major clients including QANTAS, IAG and Symantec.
Maya works with individuals and teams to develop and optimise skills, whilst challenging habitual patterns of thinking and behaving. She is firm believer that workplace performance is enhanced by developing leadership and management competencies, and enjoys facilitating clients’ insights around interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence.
Daleen’s passion for dentistry started when she was still in high school when she began working as a dental assistant for her local family dentist. Her love for the
profession only grew from there and she has spent 20+ years working in various roles, from clinical chairside to practice management and team-based training and development for practices. After 17 years living in New York including 5 years working as a coach for a Dental Practice Management company, Daleen has relocated back to Sydney but stayed in the industry she’s so passionate about.
She knows that it truly takes a team to create a successful dental practice and is dedicated to supporting dentists and their teams towards transformational change for a deeper level of leadership, team cohesiveness and sustainable results. Daleen is thrilled to be a part of Prime Practice so she can continue to live in her purpose of creating happy and empowered dental teams who are consistently elevating the face of dentistry and the overall health of their patients.
Harvey James is an experienced business and executive coach, trainer and best-selling author. He has a strong background in Financial Services and Advice, and has also facilitated coaching and training across many industries. He particularly enjoys helping clients to develop their personal and team effectiveness, through building self-awareness, communication and leadership skills.
Harvey has started, built and sold his own businesses and is familiar with the challenges facing business owners and the solutions they need to get results.
Outside of Prime Practice, Harvey volunteers his time and skills as a Board Member of a local community charity.
Harvey has a BA (Hons) Business Studies and a Cert IV in Training & Assessment. He is a NLP Master Practitioner, and is an accredited facilitator of TTI DISC, Driving Forces, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Quotient and Talent Dynamics assessment tools.
Jen has been primarily focused on helping people resolve their challenges, both personal and professional and move forward in creating a compelling future over the last years in personal and corporate coaching.
With her experience as a qualified Business, Life, Health & Wellness and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, Jen has a passion for human behaviour, communication and problem solving.
She has a wide variety of skills that she combines with a natural ability to coach people towards behaviours that encourage a more successful outcome.
Jen brings with her a wealth of knowledge that assists her clients at Prime Practice achieve their desired outcomes.
Lisa is a Professional Business, Leadership and Team Coach and Facilitator with over a decade in Leadership Development and industry experience in Health Care and Dental, Professional Services, IT and Telecommunications and Government and NGO’s. Lisa has a keen interest in human behaviour and performance in the workplace and facilitates transformational leadership and team training on advanced communication, emotional intelligence, team collaboration and customer service excellence. She is described as an extremely engaging, inspiring and informative Facilitator and Coach.

Michelle has been a business coach and trainer since 2004, working in Australia and overseas across many industries to help clients and teams to achieve goals. Prior to coaching, Michelle founded a fitness and work-life balance business and before that worked in property valuation, acquisition and disposals in the private and government sector. Michelle has a Bachelor of Business and is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Trainer.
With a value-focused philosophy, Michelle’s intent is for every client to leave an interaction with increased clarity, confidence, and actions to maximise opportunity. Michelle enjoys sharing knowledge on positive mindset, inspired goal setting, effective communication, measuring results, consistent actions and work-life balance. Michelle brings a diversity of experience to her coaching and training role at Prime Practice.
Steven Valentine is a corporate trainer and professional business coach specialising in leadership and team communication strategies. Steven has successfully worked across the spectrum of large corporations to small business in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and North America, training and coaching individuals and teams to lead and communicate more effectively, producing high performing and self-managed teams.
Steven is an ICF trained Coach with over 1500 hours of coaching individuals on Leadership, Personal Development, Business Management Strategies and Effective Communication. Combined with 15 years experience of soft skills training and facilitation to large and diverse groups, Steven is able to build immediate trust with individuals to draw out insight, empower, motivate and inspire a collaborative and inclusive approach to group decision making and problem-solving.
Steven draws on a myriad of evidenced-based tools and models from the latest research in positive psychology, contemporary neuroscience, adult learning, change management theory and emotional intelligence, He has personal experience managing large and diverse teams over a range of different industries and this, together with his strong ability facilitate discussion using powerful questioning, improves thinking and ignites passion in individuals, promoting positive change that produces results.

Mandy has 30 years’ expertise in business coaching and leadership. Her skills include process productivity and efficiency, risk management and compliance, professional education and coaching having run a private practice and licensees and worked at CBA.
Using this firsthand experience to guide businesses through complex change in challenging and scrutinised environments she supports streamline operations and improve risk management to enable focus on technical and client facing activities. Mandy is a professional educator having facilitated large groups and delivered multiple training programs.
Mandy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons courses) as well as Diplomas in Financial Planning, Frontline Management and Company Directors and Officers.
Mandy is passionate about mental and physical wellness and sits on the Board of Maccabi NSW.
